TERMS & CONDITIONS

Membership is subject to renewal upon expiry at the discretion of Japan Airlines.
Japan Airlines' decision on all matters regarding the JALSTAR Secretaries' Club is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

Enrolment
Enrolment form is available from JALSTAR Secretaries' Club or selected travel agents.
Please complete and return the enrolment form to JALSTAR Secretaries' Club. You will get your membership number in 4 weeks' time. The membership card will be mailed to you later.

Point Accumulation
To earn points for FY05 campaign, please submit photocopies of air-tickets for travel between 1 April 2005 to 31 March 2006 to JALSTAR Secretaries' Club by 30 April 2006. Late submissions will not be eligible for points.
The following tickets are eligible for points:
- Tickets purchased and issued in Malaysia for international travel on JAL.
- Tickets re-endorsed to JAL regardless of place of issue.
The following tickets are NOT eligible for points:
- Tickets purchased and issued outside Malaysia for international travel on JAL.
- Tickets for domestic travel in Japan on JAL.
- Infant tickets on JAL.
- Non revenue tickets on JAL. (JMB Award Tickets)
- All tickets for travel on other airlines.
Ticket itinerary or flight booking print-out are NOT eligible for points (except Electronic ticket itinerary that contain fare data and ticket number)
Points are not transferable nor redeemable for cash.
A point statement will be sent to you on a quarterly basis (August, November, February & May) if you submit photocopies of air tickets.

Gift Redemption
To redeem gifts for FY05 campaign, please submit the redemption form to JALSTAR Secretaries' Club by 30 June 2006.
You may redeem gifts at any time during the campaign period, after which your points will revert to the remaining balance or zero. However, JAL Original Collection items may only be redeemed at the end of the campaign period.
All members who have earned enough points to redeem gifts will receive a point statement containing their final balance and the gift redemption form by 31 May 2006.
If any advertised gift is not in stock, it will be replaced with another item of similar value at the discretion of Japan Airlines.
Redeemed gifts are not returnable, exchangeable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances.
Should you resign from your company, you may redeem the gifts before resigning or take the accumulated points to your new company by notifying JALSTAR Secretaries' Club in writing.
All points not redeemed by 30 June 2006 will be forfeited.
